This case is calendared for trial at the December 12, 2022, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Trial Session of the Court.

On December 29, 2021, respondent filed an Answer indicating that a decision document conceding the case was sent to petitioner. Respondent further indicated that a decision document will be filed with the Court as soon as possible.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 19, 2022, respondent shall file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case and whether petitioner has returned signed decision documents.
