Appellant having moved for permission to file an amended reply brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered July 2, 2020,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the reply brief currently on file with the Court is hereby deemed stricken and, It is further ORDERED that the appellant shall file and serve an amended reply brief on or before July 28, 2022, in accordance with the Court's rules.
