Appeal, No. 170, March T., 1973, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, July T., 1973, No. 3198, in case of Buckeye Union Insurance Company v. Bernice Murhammer and Elizabeth Murhammer and The American Arbitration Association. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before JOHNSON, J.

Order entered denying plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. Plaintiff appealed.
