On July 28, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that respondent's signature block does not correspond to the attorney that signed the Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision on behalf of respondent and is for an attorney that has not entered an appearance in this case in violation of Rule 23(a)(3), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
