On plaintiff's appeal order unanimously modified by striking out the offset pleaded in paragraphs forty-third to fiftieth of the answer, and as so modified affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the plaintiff. On defendant's appeal, order unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
