Disposition: The Motion to Supplement the Record filed by Sedrick Buchanan is denied. The Motion to Stay Proceedings and Extend Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari until this Court Rules on Petitioner's Motion to Supplement the Record is dismissed as moot in part and granted in part. The stay request is dismissed as moot, but Buchanan's request for 14 days to file his petition for a writ of certiorari is granted. His petition, then, is due within 14 days of the entry of this order. All Justices Agree. Order entered.
