Disposition: The Motion to Supplement the Record filed by Sedrick Buchanan is denied. The stay request is dismissed as moot, but Buchanan's request for 14 days to file his petition for a writ of certiorari is granted. His petition, then, is due within 14 days of the entry of this order. All Justices Agree. Order entered.
