ORDER

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Los Angeles, California trial session, which was scheduled to begin November 14, 2022. On November 14, 2022, this case was called. Both counsel for petitioner and for respondent appeared and were heard. At that time parties informed the Court that they felt settlement was possible and made a Joint Oral Motion for Continuance and requested more time to resolve the issues.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 13, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties Joint Oral Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
