Motion to vacate purported "stay" (under CPLR 5519, subd. [a], par. 1) granted. The delay in disposing of this case is inordinate and inexcusable. The Supreme Court, Westchester County, is directed to proceed forthwith to the disposition of plaintiff Bucci's motion for summary judgment in accordance with this court's decision of May 29, 1968. If so minded, defendant may seek a stay pursuant to rule 18 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the United States.
