This case was called for a status hearing on April 26, 2024, at the Court's Miami, Florida trial session that commenced on April 22, 2024. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner as permitted by the Court. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Respondent made an oral Motion for Continuance. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's oral Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before June 27, 2024, file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or a joint Status Report as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
