Opinion

No. 4804.

November 11, 1964.

Appeal from Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; Harry N. Sandler, Judge.

Harry M. Hobbs, of Hobbs, de la Parte Whigham, Tampa, for appellant.

W. Stewart Gilman, of Gilman Cooper, Winter Park, for appellee.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in a replevin action to recover a crawler tractor. The matter was tried before the judge without a jury.

A careful review of the record reveals ample reason to sustain the decision of the trial court. Accordingly, the cause is

Affirmed.

SHANNON, Acting C.J., and WHITE and ANDREWS, JJ., concur.
