Plaintiff-appellant's motion for an order, pursuant to 7 U.S.C. § 499g(c) and Fed.R.Civ.P. 55(b)(2), reversing and vacating the decision and order of the Secretary of Agriculture by William G. Jensen, dated December 20, 2001, and directing the Clerk to withdraw from the Registry of the Court, and repay to plaintiff, the sum of $27,680 deposited therein by plaintiff on January 18, 2002 pursuant to 7 U.S.C. § 499g(c), is granted in all respects, defendant-appellee having defaulted in this action and failed to oppose the relief sought. The Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly and close the case.
