On January 7, 2022, the parties submitted a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. Upon review, it appears that petitioner's name is misspelled in that document. In addition, respondent's counsel who signed the proposed stipulated decision has not entered an appearance in this case.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-described proposed stipulated decision is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 9, 2022, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration.
