BRYAN G. BRYFCZYNSKI & MAUREEN BRYFCZYNSKI, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On September 26, 2023, attorney Gregory J. Sell filed a document with the Court that was designated as an Entry of Appearance for Petitioners. However, that document states that Mr. Sell "hereby enters an appearance for GREGORY J. SELL in the above-entitled case." Based on a review of the record, it is clear to the Court that the foregoing statement is attributable to an inadvertent clerical error. That being so, it is

ORDERED that Gregory J. Sell is recognized as counsel of record for petitioners in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to place Mr. Sell on the record of this case as counsel for petitioners.
