MOTION DECISION

M284103

ANGELA G. IANNACCI, J.P. ROBERT J. MILLER WILLIAM G. FORD HELEN VOUTSINAS, JJ.

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a purported order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated March 7, 2022. By order to show cause dated May 27, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 7, 2022, was issued in the above-entitled matter, and no appeal lies of right from a nondispositional order in a Family Court proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4 (see Family Ct Act § 1112) to the extent that the appellant purports to appeal from an order of the same court dated March 10, 2022.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

IANNACCI, J.P., MILLER, FORD and VOUTSINAS, JJ., concur.
