Opinion

No. 3D13–2622.

04-17-2014

William BRYANT, a/k/a Johnny Lee Jones, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).

Opinion

Following review of the petition for writ of habeas corpus and the brief in support of the petition, it is ordered that said petition is hereby stricken as an unauthorized attempt to seek rehearing from a decision of this Court in case no. 3D12–615. A petition for writ of habeas corpus is not available as a mechanism to seek untimely rehearing of a decision of this Court.

ROTHENBERG, FERNANDEZ and LOGUE, JJ., concur.
