ORDER


Before the court is Plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment against Defendants Clealon B. Mann and his companies Spectrim International, the Somerset Group, Inc., and Genie Total Products (collectively "Defendants") on the issue of damages. Defendants have not met the deadline established by Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(1)(f) to oppose Plaintiff's motion. The Court ORDERS Defendants to show good cause within five (5) days why Plaintiff's motion should not be granted.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
