ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF CLAIMS AGAINST BUTLER TAYLOR WITH PREJUDICE


The above matter came before the Court on the Stipulated Motion to Dismiss Claims Against Butler Taylor With Prejudice (the "Motion"). The Court having reviewed the Motion and all other pertinent matters of record, and good cause appearing therefor, it is hereby

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the claims in the above captioned lawsuit against defendant Butler Taylor be, and the same hereby are, DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE AND ON THE MERITS, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees;

2. That nothing in this Order shall impact any claims of the Plaintiff against any of the other defendants, which claims are expressly reserved.
