Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Danbury and tried to the court, Fuller, J.; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, the court, Mihalakos, J., on motion by the defendant, determined that the plaintiff's debts to the defendant were not dischargeable in bankruptcy, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
