An appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Walton County. Kelvin C. Wells, Judge.
James C. Campbell, Shalimar, for Appellant. Ryan Garrity, Destin (no appearance), for Appellee.
PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of appellant's response to the Court's order of February 17, 2014, the Court has concluded that appellant's motion for rehearing of the December 10, 2013, order did not toll the time for filing the notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.130(a)(5). Consequently, the notice of appeal, filed on January 17, 2014, failed to invoke the Court's jurisdiction in a timely manner. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. LEWIS, C.J., WETHERELL and ROWE, JJ., concur.
