ORDER DISMISSING PETITION

This original petition for a writ of mandamus or prohibition challenges an order of the district court denying petitioner Noah Ware Bryan's pretrial writ of habeas corpus seeking to dismiss the indictment against him. Bryan has filed a notice of withdrawal of his petition, stating that he has pleaded guilty and been sentenced, and thus seeks to withdraw his petition as moot. Cause appearing, we dismiss the petition.

It is so ORDERED.
