This case is set for trial at the Court's Trial Session set to commence on September 26, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

On June 13, 2022, the Court received return service on a mailing to petitioner of the documents related to the above-mentioned trial session. On July 27, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Between these two dates, the Court attempted to contact petitioner by telephone on three separate occasions to obtain an updated address. The Court has not received a return phone call to date.

Upon due consideration, and for cause it is, ORDERED that, on or before September 12, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to Respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed July 27, 2022.
