Thomas J. Brya & Kimberly M. Brya Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On September 29, 2021, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that the decision includes a stipulation stating that a deficiency in the amount of $564.00 was assessed on March 29, 2021, and on June 28, 2021, creating ambiguity and raising questions concerning the logic of the language used.

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed September 29, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
