On July 19, 2024, pursuant to the Court's May 22, 2024, Order, respondent's counsel filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent's counsel reports that the parties are still continuing the process of finalizing the settlement of this case. Respondent's counsel further reports that since the filing of the last status report, she was informed that her experts have coordinated the issues and are finalizing the edits to the proposed closing agreement and expect to complete the edits by August 9, 2024. Finally, respondent's counsel requests that this Court order the parties to file another status report within 60 days. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before September 20, 2024, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
