ORDERED that respondent's "Response to Order to Show Cause and Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction," filed July 7, 2023, is recharacterized as respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 6, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that Motion and the dismissal of this case.
