An Article 78 proceeding to review a determination of respondent New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development having been transferred to this Court, pursuant to CPLR 7804(g), by order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 21, 2017, And an order of this Court having been entered on December 20, 2018 (M-5177), denying petitioner's motion for a stay of eviction proceedings, an enlargement of time to perfect the proceeding, and for poor person relief, And petitioner, pro se, having moved for reargument of the aforementioned order of this Court, entered on December 20, 2018 or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, for a stay of eviction proceedings pending the determination of this motion, and for poor person and other relief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
