Opinion

Case No. 2:00-CV-587K.

June 9, 2004

ORDER

Defendant Salt Lake City Corporation filed a Motion for Reconsideration of this court's Order allowing Plaintiff to conduct discovery and extending the time for Plaintiff to respond to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendant argues that Plaintiff's request is improper and untimely. Although Plaintiff's request may be procedurally irregular, Defendant did not demonstrate nor does this court find any prejudice to Defendant in responding to the discovery and extending the briefing of the motion by three months. Therefore, the court denies Defendant's motion for reconsideration.
