DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 5, 2012, and an order of the same court dated March 13, 2013, to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 10, 2013, as stayed enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals be perfected on or before May 10, 2013, on the ground that the appeals have not been perfected in accordance with the decision and order on motion dated April 10, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 10, 2013, as stayed enforcement of the judgment is vacated.
