Ejectment action. Before QUIGLEY, P.J. Finding in favor of plaintiff. Order entered denying post-trial motions in the nature of exceptions. Defendants appealed. Appeal, No. 174, March T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Perry County, Nos. 75-1074 and 75-1214. Argued March 12, 1979.

At lower court No. 75-1074, judgment is affirmed. At lower court No. 75-1214, case is remanded for trial.
