Bruce, as Trustee and Derivative Claimant; and Steven Bruce and Sandra Wilson as Derivative Claimants of the Estate of Malcolm E. Bruce, is hereby GRANTED pursuant to the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Hanna, which is hereby adopted.
