Appeal from the 171 District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2016DCV3160) ORDER
The Court has received an emergency motion to halt execution of judgment and seizure of ORC's Property and motion requesting Zoom mediation with the Honorable Carlos Villas and an emergency motion halting immediate seizure of ORC's property and motion for sanction. The motions for relief are opposed.
Because the merits of the motions require further review under these circumstances, the Court hereby GRANTS a TEMPORARY STAY OF ENFORCEMENT of the judgment pending this Court's further action on the merits of the emergency motions. The stay will remain in effect until this Court issues a ruling on the merits of the emergency motions, or pending further order of this Court.
