Before COX, THOMPSON, and ELLENDER, JJ.

ORDER

On July 21, 2023, this Court issued a 30-day order to Mr. Donald C. Hodge, Jr., counsel for appellants, Kimberly M. Bruce, Shani L. Fallis, and Michael B. Slayter, informing him that if an appellants' brief was not filed within 30 days from the date of the postmark of the notice, the appeal would be dismissed as abandoned pursuant to Rule 2-8.6 of the Uniform Rules of the Courts of Appeal. Mr. Hodge signed a receipt of this notice on August 28, 2023. No brief was filed by the deadline provided.

Accordingly, this Court deems this civil appeal abandoned and declares it dismissed pursuant to U.R.C.A. Rule 2-8.6.
