Cary Douglas Pugh, Judge.

This case was stricken from the Court's June 12, 2023, Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed April 13, 2023. On March 1, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report advising that petitioner, Michael F. Brozek, recently passed away and on June 28, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report advising that respondent is working with petitioner, Elizabeth M. Brozak, toward an agreed collection alternative, and attaching thereto a copy of the death certificate for Michael F. Brozak. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is changed to read:
"Michael F. Brozek, Deceased & Elizabeth M. Brozek, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent"

It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 2, 2024, the parties shall file a Status Report regarding the then-present status of this case.

The parties are reminded that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed April 13, 2024, remains pending.
