ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh, Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's June 12, 2023, Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed April 13, 2023. On March 1, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report advising that petitioner, Michael F. ORDERED that petitioner's filing at docket entry #20 is recharacterized as petitioner's "Response to Motion for Summary Judgment". It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 1, 2024, respondent shall file a Status Report regarding the then-present status of this case, and attach thereto a copy of the death certificate for Michael F. Brozek.
