RULING

The court has carefully considered the petition, the record, the law applicable to this action, and the Report and Recommendation of Special Master C. Michael Hill, dated May 30, 2017 (doc. no. 130) to which no objection has been filed.

The court hereby approves the report and recommendation of the Special Master and adopts it as the court's opinion herein. Accordingly, the Motion in limine to Exclude the Expert Testimony of Edwin Witham (Docket No. 10-854, Rec. Doc. 591) is DISMISSED AS MOOT. Further, the Motion to Strike Expert Reports and Testimony (Docket No. 10-854, Rec. Doc. 586) is terminated as to Mr. Monteleone only.
