Decided March 15, 1935.

Motion for an appeal from a judgment of the Franklin Circuit Court in a suit by Katie Morris Brown's administrator to recover $243, the amount of the policies issued her by the National Life Accident Insurance Company, Nashville, Tenn. There was, a judgment rendered for defendant dismissing the action.
