APPEAL FROM THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 2 SMITH COUNTY , TEXAS MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, Casey Brownlow, has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss this appeal. In the motion, Brownlow states that the parties have reached a settlement agreement and that he no longer desires to pursue his appeal. Accordingly, Appellant's motion to dismiss is granted , and the appeal is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). Opinion delivered April 19, 2017.
