Petition for certiorari granted. In view of decision in Jones v. Aciz, 109 R.I. 612, 289 A.2d 44 court quashes the District Court order of January 17, 1972 denying defendant's motion for leave to proceed with his appeal without prepayment of costs, fees and posting of bond and remands the papers to the District Court for a redetermination of defendant's motion for leave to proceed with his appeal without prepayment of costs, fees and posting of bond. Order entered on February 17, 1972 staying execution of the judgment of the District Court, Fourth Division, is further continued.
