COVENANTS, § 43admissibility and sufficiency of evidence. There was sufficient parol evidence to show that plaintiffs, in consideration of a deed of lands to them and their being made beneficiaries in a life insurance policy, made an agreement to pay plaintiff the net income from the lands during his life.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Montgomery county; Hon. JAMES G. BURNSIDE, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1941.
