COVENANTS, § 43 — admissibility and sufficiency of evidence. There was sufficient parol evidence to show that plaintiffs, in consideration of a deed of lands to them and their being made beneficiaries in a life insurance policy, made an agreement to pay plaintiff the net income from the lands during his life.
