PAMELA M. BROWNE, Appellant, v. ROBERT J. ORTIZ and ODETTE THOMAS, Individually and as Partner of ORTIZ FARMS, Appellees.

Appeal from the 171st District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2019DCV0870) MEMORANDUM OPINION

On February 26, 2020, this Court dismissed this appeal for want of prosecution based on Appellant's failure to tender payment of the $205 appellate filing fee after several requests were made by the Clerk's Office. Appellant has moved for reinstatement of the appeal. The motion to reinstate is granted.

On March 10, 2020, after the appeal was dismissed, Appellant tendered the $205 fee and later filed a motion to reinstate. We find good cause exists to reinstate this appeal. Therefore, we grant Appellant's motion and reinstate this appeal.

JEFF ALLEY, Justice March 16, 2021 Before Rodriguez, C.J., Palafox, and Alley, JJ.
