The sole issue of attorney's fees in this case is now moot by virtue of this court's decision in the unconsolidated case ofBrown Williamson Tobacco Corp. v. Carter, No. 96-4831 (Fla. 1st DCA June 22, 1998). Accordingly, we reverse and remand to the trial court with instructions to vacate the judgment for attorney's fees.
