Appeal and Error — Combining Appeal and Writ of Error in Same Record.

Decided January 13, 1942.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Action in ejectment by Ethel V. Weiland and others against James A. Brown, Jr., and wife, for wrongfully ousting the plaintiffs from their undivided 25/27th interest in certain real estate. From an adverse judgment, the defendants appeal, and subsequently applied to the trial judge to have the record removed to the Court of Appeals "as upon writ of error." Proceeding in the nature of a writ of error dismissed, with costs.

Motion for reargument overruled, February 5, 1942.
