Having determined that petitioner's pro se "Petition for Discretionary Review" is unauthorized, this case is hereby dismissed, subject to reinstatement if petitioner demonstrates within fifteen days from the date of this order that he was not represented by counsel in the proceedings below at the time he filed his petition in this Court. See Logan v. State, 846 So.2d 472 (Fla. 2003). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.
