OPINION AND ORDER


By letter dated March 3, 2003, and received by the Court on March 10, 2003, Carlos Brown requests a 45-day extension of time to submit a reply to the respondent's declaration in opposition to his application for a writ of habeas corpus. Brown's petition was denied by the Court on March 4, 2003. Brown may submit any additional argument to the Court in the form of a motion for reconsideration. Any such argument will be fully considered by the Court, provided that it is filed by May 6, 2003. No extensions to this deadline will be granted.

SO ORDERED.
