LOUIS JAMES BROWN, III, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 296-83597-2019

ORDER

The reporter's record was initially due April 10, 2020. When it was not filed, we notified court reporter Janet Dugger by postcard dated April 14, 2020 and directed her to file the reporter's record by May 14, 2020. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have had no communication from Ms. Dugger.

We ORDER the reporter's record filed by June 12, 2020. We caution Ms. Dugger that the failure to file the reporter's record by that date will result in the Court taking whatever remedies it has available to ensure this appeal proceeds in a more timely fashion.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order, by electronic transmission, to the Honorable John Roach Jr., Presiding Judge, 296th Judicial District Court; Janet Dugger, official court reporter, 296th Judicial District Court; to Louis James Brown III, SO 364717, Collin County Detention Center, 4300 Community Ave., McKinney, Texas 75071; and to the Collin County District Attorney's Office.
