Affirmed. See Bartz v. State, 740 So. 2d 1243, 1245 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999) (challenge to guilty plea raised twenty-one years thereafter barred by laches for lack of due diligence; claim that defendant was not told of collateral consequences of plea in event of his recidivism did not excuse procedural default).
