Edgar Brown appeals an order of the criminal division of the circuit court denying his motion for return of property. We affirm. Brown's claim to the property must be resolved in the civil forfeiture proceeding now pending. See City of Coral Gables v. Rodriguez, 568 So.2d 1302, 1304 (Fla. 3d DCA 1990).

Affirmed.
