Order to show cause issued
The requests for judicial notice, filed on March 1, 2016, and on March 7, 2016, are both granted. The California District Attorneys Association and Anne Marie Schubert are ordered to show cause in this court, when the matter is placed on calendar, why the relief sought in The Emergency Petition for Writ of Mandate, filed on February 25, 2016, should not be granted.
The return is to be submitted by email to the Clerk/Administrator of the court (Frank.McGuire@jud.ca.gov) and all parties in the form of a searchable electronic document onor before 4:00 P.M. on Monday, March 21, 2016.
Any reply is to be submitted by email to the Clerk/Administrator of the court and all parties in the form of a searchable electronic document on or before 4:00 P.M. on Monday, March 28, 2016.
Each party is directed to serve and file all documents in hard copy in the San Francisco office of the court by 10:00 A.M. on the next business following the electronic submission.
The stay of the judgment in Sacramento County Superior Court case no. 34-2016-80002293, entitled California District Attorneys Association and Anne Marie Schubert v. Attorney General of the State of California Kamala Harris (Margaret R. Prinzing and Harry Berezin, Real Parties in Interest), shall remain in effect pending further order of this court.
