These are appeals from judgments and orders in two actions. An examination of the record indicates that the questions at issue and the propositions of law involved were properly presented by the trial judge for the jury's consideration. The evidence supports the judgments and orders appealed from. Judgments and orders unanimously affirmed with one bill of costs and disbursements.
