In Re: Dwayne Brown, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 620233. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, DRAKE AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The district court's September 15, 2014 judgment dismissing relator Dwayne Brown's petition for judicial review is a final appealable judgment. See La. R.S. 15:1177(A)(10). Mr. Brown's appeal of that judgment was lodged in this Court on November 19, 2014, under docket number 2014 CA 1691.
