We REINSTATE this appeal.
Counsel for appellant filed a suggestion of death. By order dated January 2, 2024, we ordered the trial court to provide us with the name and contact information for the person representing appellant's estate within sixty days. Before the Court is appellee's January 11, 2024 motion to lift the abatement. We GRANT the motion. We VACATE our January 2, 2024 order.
